What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept and prefer Paypal payments which accept most major credit and debit cards as well as eChecks and bank transfers. You do not need a PayPal account in order to purchase from us, though. Paypal is the safest way to pay online, so you can feel secure shopping at Cherry Runway!

Shipping

We charge $7.50 as a flat fee for shipping and handling anywhere in the continental United States. Insurance is already included in that price, to ensure your items get to you safely. Insurance provides a tracking number as well. If you are interested in your tracking number for your purchase please contact us. You are also given the choice to chose a shipping payment of 32% of your total order. Occasionally, this is a more cost efficient method, which still includes insurance in the shipping price. International orders should add 7-10 days for processing once you place an order on the website in addition to shipping time. All international orders must be insured. If you would like to purchase an item with an international address, please contact us first before purchasing your items so we may respond with a more accurate price on shipping. We are currently in the process of upgrading the website to support international shipping natively.

**Please remember that your country may charge you extra duty and customs fees that Cherry Runway is not responsible for. Each country is different so please make sure to consult your country’s customs before ordering.

Generally all items will ship within 1-3 business days once your funds have been cleared by PayPal via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you need your item sooner, please contact us before you order to let us know how soon you would like your items. You will receive a tracking number under your account order history once the package has been shipped.

**Keep in mind that you are required to pay all duties, customs charges, or other fees when you receive your order. All customs forms are marked "merchandise" and claim the actual amount of the package.

Returns

Our goal is that you're happy, but if you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased, please contact us within seven days of receiving your purchase and notify us of your intent to return. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Exceptions to this include custom designs. In order to correctly process your return you must first contact us for instructions. All items must be returned unused and in perfect condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs in returning the item and original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost during shipping so please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing.

Privacy Policy

By registering with cherryrunway.com, we promise to keep your personal information private. That includes your address, email, and phone. We only use those to contact you, we promise! Junk mail is no fun, and we would never subject you to it (Plus it's a waste of trees)!!

Consignment

If you are interested in selling at Cherry Runway, please contact us to set up an appointment to further discuss consignment opportunities. Please include your name, your shop URL or photos of your items. Also include a list of the other online shops you are selling at.
